After so many months of work, I am happy to share with you the result of the art I was commissioned by the CityLab2022. Starting from the AsphaltArt initiative I’ve painted for the Amsterdam’s Nieuw-West neighborhood, with the curation of the Street Art Museum Amsterdam and the City of Amsterdam, I have designed “Surround Sound” to be the artistic image of the event. City leaders, activists, artists and local innovators are gathering at citylab in Amsterdam in these days to share ideas and solutions to challenges facing our planet. This is the unique art piece we designed for the lobby, a fine art carpet welcoming all the attendees with a bright splash of colors, to convey them the positive energies and conversations we would like to share during the sessions. I am extremely proud with the result and I would like to thank all the team that has been behind the production of this event.
